From governance to production AI
I work at the intersection of AI governance, agentic AI, and enterprise transformation. As the AI Governance Point of Contact at Foot Locker, I've built the frameworks, review processes, and agent standards that help organizations adopt AI with confidence: not recklessness.
What drives me is the gap between AI's potential and what enterprises can actually trust in production. I close that gap by designing governance structures that let low‑risk initiatives move fast while ensuring high‑risk systems get the scrutiny they deserve.

AI Governance Point of Contact & Lead Agile Coach
Foot Locker
Serving as the enterprise AI Governance Point of Contact since 2026, leading AI governance and responsible adoption across the organization. Led the evolution of an enterprise AI Review Board, establishing a risk-based governance framework for evaluating AI tools, generative AI use cases, model risk, security, privacy, legal, and compliance considerations. Designed AI assessment artifacts, intake processes, risk matrices, and AI Use Case Cards to improve transparency and stakeholder alignment. Authored governance recommendations for enterprise AI agents, defining an open creation, trusted verification model and establishing agent lifecycle, ownership, testing, and promotion standards. Also serving as Lead Agile Coach since 2023, guiding teams and leaders on delivery practices and organizational agility.

Coached leaders and organizational change agents across multiple Agile transformation initiatives to facilitate the vision and strategic goals of the enterprise. Implemented value streams to improve product delivery, created internal assessments and tools to measure value stream performance, and transformed organizational culture through workshops, leadership coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
How I think about AI
I treat AI agents as full-fledged products — built with purpose, measured by outcomes, and managed across a complete lifecycle. Their success depends on continuous verification of cost and deliberate cost optimization woven into every phase, ensuring they deliver sustainable value at scale.
Strategy & Design
Define the customer problem, explore ideas, and design the agent's role and responsibilities. Cost verification begins here — validating feasibility, estimating operational impact, and ensuring the solution is worth building.
Build, Test & Launch
Develop the agent, integrate systems, and rigorously test for quality, safety, and performance. Cost optimization is embedded throughout development and validation, ensuring the agent launches with efficient architecture and predictable operating costs.
Operate, Improve & Evolve
Monitor performance, gather feedback, refine behavior, and decide whether to extend, evolve, or sunset the agent. Ongoing cost measurement and optimization ensure the agent continues delivering value long after launch.
